Our End of lease cleaning includes a thoroughly cleaning of the following:
- Wash or spot clean all walls
- Remove cobwebs on all cornices and clean all light fittings
- Wipe over all fans
- Clean light switches, power points, doors, door frames, screens, window frames, window sills, skirting, and picture rails
- Mop all hard floors
- Clean all air conditioning filters, ducts or exhaust vents
- Vacuum all carpets sliding doors tracks.
- Clean all kitchen cupboards, inside and out, top and bottom and kick-boards
- Clean all bench tops and tiles
- Full clean range hoods and exhaust fans
- Wipe out dishwasher and filter (and outside)
- Clean sink and plug holes
- Full clean oven, griller, cook tops (OPTIONAL)
- Complete clean of shower screen glass, tiles, taps, screen and plug hole
- Complete clean of bath including plug hole, vanity/shelves/mirrors, toilet
- Wipe over any other tiles present
- Complete clean of exhaust fan (remove all dust & grime)
- Complete clean of wash tub
- Wipe out all wardrobes inside and out
